Scallop Ceviche

Ingrediants (Serves 2)

2 Fresh hand dived king scallops (per person)
1 Lime
Drizzle of olive sesame oil
Salt & Pepper


Such a simple recipie, takes 3 minuties to prepare and even less to eat!

Finely slice scallops sideways across the muscle

Add salt and pepper

squeeze lime

add olive oil

leave to stand for 2 minites.
